- Eisenhower got us in Viet Nam. Bobby's brother greatly increased our involvement. What is special about RFK? The answer is that he, like JFK, was a darling of the baby boomer generation, which remains convinced that it was and is the most important generation in American history.

- It happened in the 60s. My generation is too busy trying to clean up the messes made by the boomers in the 60s to spend a lot of time thinking about their heroes. Nixon would have beat him in the election anyhow.
